About Ecompayer

Ecompayer connects merchants with payment providers and acquirers that accept their business. We focus on the businesses that find payments hardest to set up: iGaming, forex, crypto, subscriptions and other models that most providers turn away or review slowly.

Why Ecompayer exists

For a high-risk or complex business, finding a payment provider usually means applying to one provider after another, filling in the same forms, and waiting weeks to learn that your industry, your markets or your volume was never a fit. What each provider accepts is rarely written down publicly.

We built Ecompayer to remove that guesswork. You describe your business once, online, and your profile is matched against what payment providers actually accept: industries, company jurisdictions, customer markets, volume, chargeback history and licences. You spend your time on the provider that fits, not on the ones that never would.

What we do, and what we don't

What we do

  • Match your business with payment providers and acquirers that accept your profile.
  • Collect your details and documents once, in one online application.
  • Prepare your application so it reaches the provider complete.
  • Support you through onboarding until your account is ready to go live.

What we don't do

  • We are not a payment provider or a bank, and we never hold your funds.
  • We do not decide approval or pricing. The provider does, after its own checks.
  • We do not share your details with a provider until you submit your application.
  • We do not publish which providers we work with or how they assess merchants.

Who we help

Ecompayer works for any online business, but it is built for the ones that standard checkout providers decline: regulated gambling operators, brokers, crypto businesses, subscription and continuity models, and merchants with a difficult processing history.

How we work

Your data stays yours

Your business details and documents are only shared with a provider once you submit your application.

Criteria, not guesswork

Matching is based on what providers actually accept, instead of blanket applications sent to everyone.

Honest about approval

A match means a provider's criteria fit your profile. The provider still makes its own decision, and we never promise an approval we cannot give.

How we write our guides

Our guides, industry and licence pages explain how payment processing works in practice. They are based on primary sources wherever possible: regulators' directives and guidance, card scheme publications and official licensing documents. Each guide lists the sources it relies on.

We do not name or rank individual payment providers in our content, and no provider pays to appear in it. When rules change, we update the affected pages.

Nothing is shared with a provider until you submit your onboarding pack. Approval is always the provider's decision.
