Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Ecompayer platform. By starting an assessment or submitting an application, you accept them.

What Ecompayer is

Ecompayer is an independent payment brokerage. We compare payment service providers (PSPs) and acquiring banks against the business information you provide, and forward your completed application to the providers that best match your profile. We are not a payment provider, we do not hold, move or settle funds, and we are not a party to any agreement you later sign with a provider.

Your eligibility and information

You confirm that the business and contact details you enter are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Matching results depend entirely on the data you submit — incomplete or incorrect information may lead to non-matching or rejection by a provider. You are responsible for any documents you upload and for confirming they are genuine.

Approval decisions belong to providers

Ecompayer forwards applications but never approves or declines them. Every acceptance, decline, pricing, reserve or condition decision is made solely by the receiving PSP or acquirer, on their own policy and risk criteria. We cannot guarantee that any provider will approve your application, or by when.

No legal or financial advice

Any information on Ecompayer about providers, industries, fees or risk is general and educational. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You should obtain professional advice before acting on it.

Fees and referral

Ecompayer may receive referral or introducer compensation from providers. This does not change the price you pay the provider, and it does not guarantee that a particular provider will be recommended. Matching is based on the criteria you provide, not on referral arrangements.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to submit false information, abuse the platform, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The most recent version is always shown on this page.
