Ecompayer (the controller) operates this platform. When we forward your application to a provider, that provider becomes a separate controller for the data it receives from you.

We collect the business and contact information you enter in an assessment or onboarding, the documents you upload, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type. When you contact us by email, we keep the content of that correspondence.

We use your data to match you to suitable providers, to forward your application to those providers, to respond to your messages, to operate and secure the platform, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

To submit an application we share the information and documents you provide with the matched provider(s). Each provider then processes that data under its own privacy policy. You should review that provider's policy before submitting.

We keep your application data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email below.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
